Leaving the valley and looking to re-home gently used items.

Post by Balderdash » Tue Jul 23, 2024 11:19 am

Hey Everybody.

We are moving out of the valley in a week and are looking to get rid of some odds and ends. Some of it is gently used and some not so gently used. I would like a chance to give it a new home before it ends up in the landfill. Just leaving the stuff in the front yard feel free to stop by and take a look. And tell your friends!!!

1221 Riverside Ave, Twisp. (sorry neighbors)

Some items worth looking at:

girls 20" bike with extra tubes
Propane grill (needs new burner)
old fashioned school desk
Glass topped end table
a shovel
a rake
really crappy set of left handed golf clubs
4 245 75r16 tires on rims (used as planters)
All kinds of stuff (its time to purge)

We also have a Little girl's elevated princess bed and a loveseat recliner both in good shape and available on the 30th (pics available upon request). I will take individual first dibs separately and after that I will take bids. If there is a lot of interest I will do my best to keep up :). We will add to the pile in the yard as the move commences. I will add to this thread daily. There are a couple of dressers coming but aren't quite ready yet.
Questions? Concerns? Interest? Text only please. Rudeness will be blocked.

Good Morning,

As promised, here I am to update the status of our beautiful freebie giveaway. Who would have thought that a really crappy set of LH golf clubs would get the most attention. If you have a set collecting dust in your barn/garage/wherever, you could probably get rid of them pretty easy on here. Anyway, stuff is gone and more stuff has been added.

Gone:
Girls bike
shovel and rake
golf clubs

Added:
Some winter gear (if interested please come take a look, its free)
a bag of girls clothes (size 7-8 mostly) most in good shape just grew out of.
Toys from a 7-8 yo (are we sensing a pattern here?)
A few homeschooling supplies, a few texts, paper, 3 boxes of laminated labels? (what're those for) (not interested in goin into detail, again...its free come take a look.
There is a cool little globe/video game out there.
an oldish computer monitor
a box of baseball caps
a filing cabinet.

Swing on by and take a look. Will be adding stuff all day.
1221 Riverside Ave.

The bed, loveseat, and dressers have all been claimed. I wanted to play a little auction game to add some money to the moving kitty but nobody seems to be interested. Oh well, more time to purge. I'll be back.

As always everything is free. I will be incommunicado today and unable to answer questions so I encourage you to come down and see if anything piques your interest.
