ISO Rental this winter

Putting some feelers out there about any long term housing that might be available come end of October?

We (a couple) have lived in the valley a few years and our current rental is selling :(
We're open to pretty much anything! No pets, and we can provide references!

Anything anybody knows of would be greatly appreciated! :)
