Explosions

Between 8 and 930 Thursday night there was 4 explosions outside of Twisp. Anybody know what was going on? Very illegal and stupid to be doing this when there is a red flag warning in place.

It's sad to say it was the 4th. of July and there are still people that don't care about fire dangers or anything else..hopefully no one got hurt by those blasts...
