Thoughts on portable gas chippers

Post by Jacques » Mon May 06, 2024 6:27 pm

I’m looking into buying a portable gas powered chipper for light brush clean up. Nothing bigger than 1 inch diameter. It has to be something I can move around myself (ie not towed), and across some gentle slopes, uneven ground and even a few railroad tie steps. Anyone have any recommendations, or red flags? Greatly appreciate it. Trying not to make burn piles anymore

If you don't need it all the time, you can borrow a chipper from the tool library at Methow Recycles. We did this and it worked great.

What is a good way to get ahold of you?
