What are the options for yoga classes in the valley?

There’s a couple options I know of in Winthrop. There’s a yoga studio called Motive, and Winthrop Physical Therapy & Fitness offers yoga classes as well.

- Methow Valley Wellness Center
Various classes

- Head & Heart has a Rest & Restore Class Sundays 7-8:15pm (except 2nd Sundays)

Twisp:
The Community Center has a class on Tuesdays evenings
