Do you love to dance but hate to exercise? Why not give ZUMBA a try? There's a first time for everything...and we think you'll like the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our Zumba classes. Beginners are welcome and you can go at your own pace. This week we've got a Tropical playlist...Beach Boys, Harry Belafonte, Pussycan Dolls and Tim Tim's "Rum N' Coca Cola". All for fun and a great workout too.
