Join Kellie and Sharea, March 19th at 6pm as we welcome the energy of Spring with this special equinox practice, consisting of 108 sun salutations followed by an extended savasana with a live sound bath.
The sun salutations will be split into four sections of 27, each interspersed with a rest posture. 108 is an auspicious number in the yoga tradition, thought to represent the unity of existence. There's a great deal of significance of the number 108 in nature, astrology, mathematics, and mystical traditions.
This class will be approximately 2 hours in length, finishing at 8:06pm PT, the exact moment of the Spring Equinox, signaling the beginning of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere.
