Well, now that it is officially shoulder season (the Loup is closed, Methow Trails is wrapping up Nordic this weekend, and the hiking trails are for the deer right now), what on earth can you do to stay active on a Saturday morning?

Join us at the Methow Trails parking lot on Horizon Flat tomorrow (or any other Saturday) at 9am, for a free 5k run or walk. ALL ages and abilities welcome, as are leashed dogs and strollers.
