ISO water delivery in the valley?

Post by flowersipper » Mon Mar 11, 2024 9:29 am

Does anyone know of companies that do bulk water delivery in the valley? I know there are plenty of off grid properties here....curious how those properties are getting water if a well isn't an option. Thanks!

Potable water delivery by commercial operators in Okanogan county was not allowed due to veracity of source purity/availability is what the information stated that I received from the planning department when asking questions about dry cabin buildouts. If this has changed or is being challenged, please share that information.

Wildramble, I believe you are correct that a home cannot be serviced with delivered water in place of piped water and be certified as a residence. I do know that some dry cabins have water delivered as they are not attempting to get that certification.

When I say certification, I think that means a certificate of occupancy. If a well is not permitted in your location due to closed drainages, currently you do not have an alternative way to build a home there.

FYI, Jerry Palm used to do water deliveries as well.
