Welcome the energy of Spring with this special equinox practice at Motive Yoga, consisting of 108 sun salutations followed by an extended savasana with live sound bath.
The sun salutations will be split into four sections of 27, each interspersed with rest. 108 is an auspicious number in the yoga tradition, thought to represent the unity of existence.
This class will be approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes, finishing at 8:06pm PT, the exact moment of the Spring Equinox, signaling the beginning of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere.
