Ophthalmologist Recommendation Please

My glasses got eaten by a dog right before the pandemic struck. I've been winging it with Reading glasses, but it's time to get back to my tri-focals so Ican see both near and far. Because of MS, I need an Opthamologist. I would love some recommendations.
