Moomaw Hearing Services?

Has anyone had experience using Moomaw Hearing Services in Omak, including purchasing hearing aids? I'd like to avoid the big box store route. Any info posted here appreciated.

Better Hearing based in Wenatchee has better products in my experience. Moomaw, when I first used them, had one brand only and I did not have good luck with that brand. I have used both and am now with Better Hearing.

Better Hearing has weekly regular office hours in Omak so you don't have to travel to Wenatchee.

Agreed, the service at Moomaw was great. The hearing aids (Starkey) however had many problems and the sound quality is nowhere as good as my new Phonak aids.

Once again, at the time Starkey was the only brand offered at Moomaw.

Thanks, Mel, for naming the brand you have that you are happy with. I may check both services, and see if Moomaw may now carry Phonak. Any other tips you can share will be appreciated.
