Lost black dog east county road

Is anyone missing a black 30 ish pound dog? Just saw it while out on a bike ride near Winthrop on east county. Also potentially last night at the Grange in Twisp. I have a photo (kinda far away he wasn’t too friendly) if anyone needs it. No collar. 415-806-5225
