I too am very discouraged that our light bulb choice is now being made for me by others. If you are not aware, incandescent bulbs are no longer available for purchase in the usa

There are still incandescent bulbs to be had on Ebay and other places, but you have to read their listings very carefully as they don't always disclose the type of bulb clearly.

I have read that unlike other colors, green LED light can actually reduce headaches. Worth checking out.

I have somewhere between 20-30 incandescent flood lamp bulbs, a few halogen. Regular screw in size but larger bulb size. Replaced all recessed lighting fixtures with LED. Your welcome to them, re-use place wouldn't take them.

Might not be available local, but they are available to be shipped right to your door. Plenty of sites on the web. I ordered a case of 60 watt incandescent bulbs and a case of 8’ fluorescent tubes from 1000bulbs.com after being told they were no longer available by a local seller. Both arrived the next week, easy as that.
