In this class, you’ll practice slow, fluid movement as a means to restore and rejuvenate your active body and mind. Fill up your cup by inhabiting your body in a more intentional way. Becoming quiet, breathing fully, and moving slowly are highly rejuvenating and deeply energizing practices. As we do so more regularly, a soothed nervous system becomes a way of being. Healing vibrations and sounds enhance this flow and add an extra layer of nurturing to your nervous system. A heart-centered
