I have a 5 bedroom furnished rental house in Winthrop where I’ve rented each room individually. I no longer have the time to manage this project in affordable housing.
I will no longer rent to individuals.
To keep this house in rental stock, I’m looking for a business seeking housing for their employees, or a nonprofit organization looking to provide affordable housing to individuals. The business or nonprofit will assume all responsibilities for their tenants. One year minimum lease required.
The house is available February 1. Lease amount depends on the number of tenants.
