Saturday morning my tailgate latch failed (frozen!) and out popped two Swix nordic ski poles from the back of my truck. This happened on Hi20 about 1/4-1/2 mile downvalley of Dripping Springs Road/Big Valley trailhead. I am pretty sure somebody picked them up as there were tire marks on the side of Hi20 where somebody apparently did a turnaround.

They are marked 'Amelia Skate' and 'Amelia Classic' with orange electrical tape. One ski is longer than the other.
