ISO laminate flooring cutter

I'm putting down some vinyl laminate flooring (with luck the last time in my life to do this) and could really use a cutter. The chop saw and table saw work, but fill my shop with vinyl bits.

And yes, I checked with the tool library at Methow Recycles; no luck.
