Methow Conservancy First Tuesday with David Moskowitz

When: Tuesday, October 1 at 7pm
Where: Winthrop Barn

Big River: Resilience and Renewal in the Columbia Basin

The Columbia River is the ecological lifeblood of the Pacific Northwest. For his latest book, Big River, Dave Moskowitz spent years photographing the places, people, and wildlife that define this incredible river system. Join us at our October First Tuesday to take a visual journey with Dave, and hear from him directly about what he sees as the path forward for the Columbia - a future that views the Columbia River watershed as a living entity, balancing the complex demands created by salmon, energy, agriculture, and human culture. Come for the photos, stay for the stories.

This event is free and open to the public. Call 509.996.2870 with any questions about the event.

Volunteers needed! Register on Volunteer Methow.
