Wild Salmon at the Market this Sat!

We will have salmon fillets from this season's harvest at the farmer's market this Saturday. We will have portions (single servings) in a week or two! Come on by and see us, or check out our website for more information: walking-rose.com.

We also have our grass-fed lamb by the cut, and are taking orders for whole lambs to be harvested this fall. We raise Gotland sheep, a breed with mild meat, as well as beautiful fleeces. Raw wool and bark-tanned sheepskins are available too.
