Starlink support

I am having a tough time getting support from Starlink. I have a damaged starlink that I'd like to replace. Neither the app nor the website will let me order a new one. Very frustrating! Have posted messages for two days without any response. Anyone have any luck getting help from them?

So, I love the Starlink internet service but yes, their support does seem non-existent once you're out the door. It looks like after 30 days your chances of support go even lower because the warranty is up. No good news but I wish you luck :)
