Just a thought, but you might see if Fred Cooley has something that scans that large a sheet. FL Cooley and Assoc., Twisp. I think he still can scan large structural engineering drawings.

Normal tap and die sets don't include 1/2" pipe thread. You might try the lending library at Methow Recycles.

Larry Smith has rentals of a variety of equipment. His place is just before the driveway for the recycle/transfer station.
