loose cow on Poorman Creek Cutoff

A loose juvenile cow, black, seen on Poorman Creek Cutoff just outside the pasture around 1:30-1:45 pm today. Pretty sure it belongs to Steve Reynaud and I drove up to his house but no one was around. If someone has his phone number, please let him know. Thanks!
