This is a fully functional 53' triple axle semi trailer that has been used as a small fulfillment warehouse for the last 8 years. It is professionally wired inside with LED lighting and 110v outlets and a solar operated ventilation fan. Plug in via extension cord, or install your own solar panels on the roof like we had. Everything is in good shape, ready for your operation. It is also fully functional as a semi trailer, which it was used for up until it was parked and used as warehouse.
Comes complete with a small covered loading dock and industrial stairs, both of which are portable. This makes it easy for other trucks to pull up and load or offload like a mini cross dock. Rear doors were fixed up with reclaimed wood for a more professional presentation, ready for your sign. Skirting and decorative planter box available if desired.
