Does anyone know what happened to the drive through car wash in Twisp? It was never anything special, but it was the only game in town for the Valley. It has been closed with an orange cone in front of the door for at least 6 months now and I am wondering if there are any plans to reopen or are we now without any drive through car wash options in the Valley. If anyone knows about this I would appreciate hearing from you. Sure wish someone would open up a new car wash in the Winthrop or Twisp areas. I quite often just hand wash my vehicle, but other times I would just like to run it through an automated car wash, especially in the Winter. Regards,

I talked to Whitley Fuel and they have been revamping the car wash in Twisp. They are waiting for back ordered parts. So, the outside spray for the time being. It's been a long time for sure. Fingers crossed in the meantime.

Thanks for the reply! Not sure where they ordered the parts from, but 6 months is a bit over the top for a back order. Must be coming on that proverbial "slow boat from China".
