ISO: Subaru Tires / Rims (17 or 18")

Looking for a newer (<10k miles) set of 4 all season tires (either 225/60R17 or 225/55R18) with matching rims and TPMS if possible. Would also love just rims (or rims with bald tires)
Rim size is 7Jx17 (or 18) ET48 46 - 50 acceptable offset. 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern
These would be going on a 2019+ Subaru Forester
