found a pair of little kid boots[dark blue]6 inch long/near weemanbridge

hi this is william while riding bicycle the other day march 30th came upon little kid boots,dark blue in color with velcro straps and white soles,approx. 6 inches in length,,found between weeman bridge and the pizza place on hiway 20,they were separate by about 200 feet,,maybe its a local person in the area,,lets see if some methow net board magic makes a connection,,,william 509-996-2747[landline no texts]
