A course based on the book, Peak Mind by Dr. Amishi Jha, (available at the library:)).  She developed the course specifically for the Department of Defense to train military and emergency personnel to stay calm and clear in stressful situations. It is concise and very practical!  Learn mindfulness techniques to manage stress, think clearly, stay calm, be compassionate, and sleep better.  Regular mindfulness practice can lessen medical symptoms, chronic pain, anxiety and depression.   Please
