DANCING IS GOOD FOR YOU

Start the new year right by doing something good for yourself - dancing! First of all, it’s a great WORKOUT for your cardio-vascular system. You’ll get your heart pumping and that’s good for all the other fun things you do in the Valley. Dancing also improves BALANCE and coordination. Learning patterned dance steps is better for your BRAIN HEALTH than sudoku. Above all, dancing is a MOOD-BOOSTER. Come to Zumba 101 with Tani, Wednesdays at 9:30 am, Winthrop PT & Fitness. Wednesdays at 5:30 pm, join Debbie Bair at the Twisp Taphouse for line-dancing. Or come to the Community Center in Twisp Thursday nights at 5:30 pm for more Zumba (by donation). Tani is teaching Brandi’s class in January. Come on, Methow Valley, let’s dance!
