Sure wish I could tell you.
Coming home from Winthrop it looked more like it was behind Gardner and over to the left. Would that be south?

Still not sure where it is coming from, but if you look at purple air it is definitely coming. 195 AQI up H way 20. We jumped from 50 to 156 at East Pearrygin in the last ten minutes. Close your windows and turn on the air purifiers!

So far one person told me it was a grass fire north of Wenatchee, another person said ross lake fire exploded in size. Just trying to find some accurate info on if I need to start packing my car.

Yep same story here near Mazama. Wind out of the west. High AQI values up valley and low AQI values down valley. Seems like its something at Ross Lake and not down by Wenatchee.

From Lightning Bill onFacebook: "I’m off today but I’m getting a lot of texts and phone calls about the smoke in the valley !!! It’s coming from the North cascades park ! Diablo lake area !!! "

Forecast says winds from the NW. Winds here for the past hour range from 5 to 19 mph. This is probably Chilliwak Complex or Ross Lake fire smoke. Bruce Herron Wolf Creek

forecast, winds from the nw is wrong
this is coming from the nw end of lake chelan due north
cant even entertain the wenatchee fires
even tho tho the firefighters just released from the Klamath OR fires tend to think it is the wenatchee fires headed this-a-way

what say yea, Charlie Curtis?
