Then why are they roaming around my hood? Flocks of people, sure it's not a herd? The animals will wander where they may. I really don't think flocks of people are flocking to see them. Does anyone know why fire engines would be about 3.5 miles up Twisp River Rd. around 5:30 tonight? (12th). Also saw an engine backed into Elbow Coulee.
I did hear that there was an avalanche in Elbow Coulee. Did not know if fire trucks were related to that.

Always weigh what's on the roof. We have snow breaks too. It's no problem for us up Twisp River as my husband calculated for a heavier snow load than what the county stipulates here. However, we have a cantilvered roof over our garage doors(shop upstairs) and he did shovel it but not completely off....
